The undergraduate program ’EMIIT’ – ‘the Economics and Management International Immersion Talent’ program, was set up by RIEM in 2009. All courses are taught in English and top international teaching standards are applied. All professors in this program received doctoral degrees from renowned foreign universities. Only 150 domestic students are admitted by this program out of nearly 1000 SWUFE freshman applicants each year. Besides, there are around 40 foreign degree students in EMIIT.
Compared to famous business school undergraduate programs worldwide, EMIIT put more efforts on fostering students with sound mathematical foundations and data analytical skills. Besides, EMIIT courses are more of a theoretical and applicable combination, than pure applicable or pure theoretical. Therefore, student can launch his career in either academy or industry easily.
